The Flash: This Harry Potter actor just joined The CW series

Look for Tom Felton to appear in season 3 of The Flash! According to reports, Felton will play the role of Julian Dorn, a fellow CSI at Central City Police Department, and it sounds like he's a rival for Barry Allen (Grant Gustin).
