Suicide Squad: Here's Why DC Super-Villain Saga Will Be PG-13

The producer of DC's Suicide Squad has squashed the rumor that the upcoming super-villain team-up would be rated R. In a recent interview, Charles Roven - one of the masterminds of the DC Extended Universe - commented on the possibility Suicide Squad would go for the more mature rating.

Here's what Roven told EW -
"I think right now we’re going for the PG-13. I don’t know that that’s going to materially change. We can give that movie the edge that it needs and still maintain a PG-13." 
Suicide Squad opens August 5.
