Marvel Comics
We can expect big changes in the X-Men movie universe when the next installment of the mutant saga 'X-Men: Apocalypse' arrives in 2016. Several cast changes are in store - with younger actors taking on the roles of characters that appeared in the original trilogy.

Case in point - the roles of Jean Grey/Phoenix and Scott Summers/Cyclops will be re-cast, although we don't know for sure how big a part they'll play in 'Apocalypse'.

A report surfaced earlier today (11-18-14) via that claims Fox is looking at three actors and actresses for the roles of Jean and Scott.

Who will be the new Jean Grey and Scott Summers?

If the report is accurate, two of the names below might join James McAvoy, Micheal Fassbender, and company when 'X-Men: Apocalypse' opens May 27, 2016.

"...Elle Fanning (Maleficent, Chloe Grace Moretz (If I Stay) and Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit) are all being looked at for Jean while Timothee Chalamet (Interstellar), Ben Hardy (“EastEnders”) and Charlie Rowe (“Red Band Society”) are all up for the Scott role." -
