Entertainment Weekly's Iron Man 2 Cover

Photos of Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson and Mickey Rourke have been trickling out of the Iron Man 2 (2010) set for months. Those have been okay, but not great. Finally, some more detailed shots of the stars in costume are coming out. If you're like me and get enough of these teasers, then be on the lookout for the next issue of EW. It'll feature this very cool cover shot of the three stars, along with more pics and details on the production so far.
I've said it before, but there's not much for fans to complain about regarding IM 2 news, so far. I've been reading some of the interviews these three have given, and it sounds like they're revved up to make sure this sequel rocks even harder than IM did.

Marvel's Thor Movie Page

I just began checking out the new Thor Movie Hub at Marvel.com. Obviously, the content is limited at this point, but there's a press release with background on Natalie Portman and a photo gallery of the cast.
I haven't had a chance to post anything about Portman signing on for Thor, but needles to say, that casting coup made a lot of people take a second look at this project.
The list of names tied to this flick is getting impressive.
The hub also featured an article on the Thor animated series debuting in fall 2010.

Zak Penn- "Avengers" Writer

Crave Online posted a great article in which Zak Penn, screenwriter of The Avengers, gives his take on some superhero films of the past and what's up with his current project. I really dug his honesty regarding the film industry and the life of a screenwriter.
